Note that, you will need to create Contact Groups before you can add contacts to the groups. Now that you have created your Contact Groups, it is easy for you to add contacts. Just follow these steps below:
How to Create Contact Groups
- Firstly, login to your account and click “directory” on the menu
- On the drop down, click on “contact”
- Click the drop down “create”. You will see the names of all your personal contacts
- Choose the particular contact you want to add to a group
- Click the drop down “Contact Group” and choose the group you wish to add the particular contact to
- Lastly, click “Save”
- You are done!
