How can I use your service?

You must register before you can use our service. Registration shouldn’t take you up to a minute and it is FREE. Click ‘Register‘ at the menu bar of the home page. After registration, you have access to your Member Area and all our services.

I want to test your service. How can I get free SMS credits to do that?

After registration and account activation, your account is automatically credited with FREE credits to test our bulk SMS service.

How do I send bulk SMS?

Sending bulk SMS on our platform is quite easy. All you have to do is log in to your account and you will see boxes for ‘Mobiles’, ‘Sender’, and ‘Message’. Type the phone numbers you want to send a message to, enter your Sender ID, type your message and click ‘Send’. You are done!

What is Sender ID?

A sender ID is a customized name you want the recipients to see when they receive your message. For example, you have received alerts from your bank with sender IDs like ECOBANK, GTBank, MTN, etc. Your Sender ID can be the name of your company, church, or school. You can use any name but it should not be more than 11 characters.

How much is SMS credits?

How and where can I buy SMS credits?

When you have determined how much SMS credits you need, you can purchase SMS credits either by paying with your ATM card, or by cash deposit or cheque deposits directly into our Bank accounts. ATM Card payment is the fastest because it is instant! Your account will be credited automatically after payment is made via ATM card. You must login, go to “account” and click “top up” to make online payment. When making payment to any branch of our bank, always specify your email address as the depositor so that your account can be located and credited immediately.

What are your bank details?

Is online ATM card payment secure?

How long does it take to credit my account after payment?

Your account will be credited immediately after the bank posts your payment into our account. If your account is not credited 30 minutes after you make payment to the bank, please contact us.

If you successfully purchase SMS credits online with your ATM card, your account will be loaded instantly.

I want to buy much SMS credits, how long will I use it? Do your SMS credits expire?

Our SMS credits do not expire. If you have credit in your account, you can use it for as long as you wish.

How do I know my SMS Credit balance?

Login to your account, at the top right side of the screen, close to your email address, you will see your credit balance in Naira.

How many messages can I send at a time?

You can send message to as many numbers as you want at any time if you have enough SMS credits to do so.

In what format should the bulk contact file be?

The numbers must be in a text file. As long as the numbers are in a text file, and they are readable, separated from one another either by a space, comma, dot, or any other character, our application can pick them out. Your numbers must be in the following format: 0803xxxxxxx or 234803xxxxxxx. Do not use the format like 803xxxxxxx or +234803xxxxxxx otherwise, your message will not be delivered.

Why do I need to enter my phone number before using your service?

We need your mobile number for notification purposes about your account and to send useful information to you via SMS.

What is the minimum credit I can buy?

The minimum SMS credits you can buy from us is ₦1,000.

Can I send SMS to other countries?

Yes. You can send to over 210 Networks around the globe.

I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

At the login page, you will see ‘Forgot Password?’ Click the link to recover your password. If you are having challenge recovering your login details, quickly contact us.

I sent a message and it has not been delivered. What do I do?

Whenever you send a message and it is taking time to deliver, quickly contact us for support.

What do you mean by DND?

The acronym DND means Do–Not–Disturb. DND Started in the Nigerian telecommunication industry since July 1, 2016. The Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) gave all service providers directive to implement DND on their services to check incidence of excessive unsolicited SMS and automated calls. With the enforcement of DND, subscribers are given the freedom to opt out of receiving promotional messages for third party services such as bulk SMS and other value added services.

How Do I deactivate my line from DND?

To opt out of DND, text the word “STOP” to the short code 2442 and then text “ALLOW” to the same 2442.

How can DND delivery be activated on my Bulk SMS account?

To deliver SMS to DND numbers, send your email address or username to [email protected].

What is the price for DND delivery?

DND delivery price starts from ₦4 depending on your package.

How can I register my Sender ID?

To register your sender ID, send your preferred sender ID(s) to [email protected] for registration.

How long does it take for Sender ID registration to be completed?

It takes between one (1) day and three (3) days for your sender ID to be registered after you apply.

Can Sender ID be extended to more than eleven (11) characters?

Please note that sender ID can be eleven (11) characters maximum. That is the general standard.

When I sent a message yesterday I saw my balance but today my balance has gone down. Why?

Please be aware that after you send SMS on our platform, more charges will be applied to your balance due to DND surcharge. This happens only if you subscribe to send to DND. To see the actual cost of your message check delivery report after an hour or more of sending the message.

In the revers order, if you are not subscribed to be sending messages to DND, cost for DND will be refunded and your balance will increase.

How do I see report of messages I sent out?

Will my SMS credits be reversed once a scheduled message is canceled?

Once a scheduled message is deleted before its scheduled time of delivery, the total amount charged for that message will be reversed to your wallet.

Can emojis be used on the platform?

Emojis cannot be used on our platform at the moment.

Is my bulk SMS credit transferrable?

Your bulk SMS credit is NOT transferrable to another account.

How can I send voice SMS?

Yes, you can send voice SMS either by Text-to-speech or by uploading your recorded file. This feature can be found when you log in to your Nigeria Bulk SMS account, click on “messaging” at the top left, and select “call message”.

How many characters does one SMS page have?

One (1) page of SMS can contain up to 160 characters which include spaces.

Can a reseller account be added to my already existing website?

Yes, it can and is even cheaper. To get started, please contact us.

Can I have access to my delivery report anytime?

You can have access to your delivery report for the next 14 days after SMS is sent.

Can I have access to my message history anytime?

You can have access to your message history for the next 2 months after SMS is sent.

Can a POS merchant make payment to your account on my behalf?

Yes. All you have to do is send the depositor’s name which in this case will be the POS account name.
